Forest therapy walks are perfect for staff retreats, team building experiences, or simply creating a unique way to engage in community.

Uniquely tailored, these offerings are designed to further enrich your wellness journey through collaborative approaches.

At One Tree Forest Therapy, I offer guided forest therapy walks designed to meet people where they are—individually, collectively, and in relationship with the land. Whether you're seeking a quiet, personal journey or a shared experience with others, each walk provides a gentle, sensory-rich opportunity to slow down, be present, and reconnect—with yourself, with each other, and with nature.

Location Flexibility

Many walks take place on my private 40-acre forested property north of Madison, Wisconsin—a quiet, beautiful space that offers peaceful trails, diverse ecosystems, and a strong sense of invitation.

However, walks can also be conducted at other locations, including nearby state parks, local nature preserves, arboretums, public green spaces, and even virtually through online platforms. If you have a location in mind or are seeking a walk closer to where you are, I’m happy to work with you to find a setting that supports the experience.

Accessible and Inclusive Experiences

Forest therapy walks are gentle and not physically demanding. We move slowly and cover very little distance, making these experiences accessible to most bodies and abilities.
